Terms of service
Last updated August 2026
The agreement
These terms govern use of Meridian, operated by MeridianAG Group LLC, a California limited liability company. By using the service you agree to them.
What the service does
Meridian answers inbound calls on your behalf, captures what the caller needs, and records the result in your portal. It is a tool for handling calls. It does not perform glass work, supply parts, or take responsibility for work carried out at your shop.
Quotes, parts and appointments
Prices and part numbers surfaced by the system are estimates drawn from supplier data and the rates you configure. They are not binding quotes, and it is your responsibility to confirm the part and the price before ordering or committing to a customer.
The system may misidentify a vehicle or a part. Verify before you order. We are not liable for parts ordered in error.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, for the accuracy of the pricing and supplier settings you enter, and for complying with the call recording and disclosure laws that apply where you operate. California is a two-party consent state; make sure callers are notified as your counsel advises.
Availability
We aim to answer every call, but the service depends on telephony and third party providers and may be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for business lost during an outage.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. On request we will delete your shop’s call data. We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
