AI receptionist for window tint shops

The Receptionist That Quotes Tint Jobs While You Sleep.

One system from the ring to the booking. Meridian answers every call — 7:12pm on a Thursday, Sunday morning, mid-install — works out the coverage, film and shade the caller wants, estimates the job from your own prices, and books it before you are back at the front desk.

Watch It Work

One Tint Call, Start to Finish.

The coverage and shade worked out, the job quoted from your own prices, the shade limit flagged, and the booking waiting in your portal. A three-minute call, shown in 25 seconds.

A window tint shop's after-hours call: Meridian answers, the caller asks for the front windows and a windshield strip, Meridian identifies the vehicle as a 2022 Toyota Tacoma, gives an estimate of $420 in ceramic at 20% from the shop's own prices, flags that 20% is darker than the shop's front-side shade limit, and books Thursday at 9:00. A booking notification arrives as the call ends, and a list of jobs booked while the owner slept shows it with three more. The shop's portal then shows the job with its film, shade and $420 estimate, and a heads-up about the shade limit, next to another booked tint job.

How It Works

From Missed Call to Booked Job.

  1. 01

    The Call Comes In

Your existing number, forwarded. Nights, weekends, or when every line is already busy.

  2. 02

    Meridian Answers

It works out the coverage they want, the film tier and the shade — the same questions your front desk would ask.

  3. 03

    The Job Gets Quoted

It identifies the vehicle, estimates the price from your own tint prices, and books the appointment while the caller is still on the line.

  4. 04

    Your Shop Is Notified

A push alert, and the job on your schedule with the vehicle, the coverage, the film and the estimate — everything you need to prep.

How Estimates Work

Every Quote Comes From Your Prices.

There is no outside price list and no guessing. You configure a vehicle-class by coverage by film-tier matrix once, and the agent quotes from it on every call — so the number the caller hears is already yours to stand behind.

What They Drive

Vehicle Class

The agent identifies the vehicle from year, make and model — or a VIN if the caller has it handy — and maps it to a class: coupe, sedan, truck, small or large SUV. A two-door and a three-row wagon take different amounts of film, so they sit in different rows of your prices.

VIN optional

Coverage × Film Tier

Your Price Matrix

You set a price for each coverage — front two, rear sides and back glass, a windshield strip, a full windshield, a sunroof — at each film tier you carry, from dyed through carbon, ceramic and IR ceramic. The agent reads the cell where the caller's choices meet and gives that figure as an estimate.

Set in the portal

Shade & Add-ons

The Finishing Details

Shade percentage, removal of old film, and any add-ons adjust the estimate the same way. You set your own legal shade limits, and the agent flags a request that falls outside them — without ever offering legal advice.

Your limits, your rules

Every estimate is confirmed by the shop before work begins. A VIN, if one is used, identifies the vehicle class and is then discarded — it is never stored.

Your Film Catalog

It Knows Which Films You Carry.

Upload the films you stock and the shades you offer. When a caller asks for a specific film or shade, the agent answers from your catalog — not from a generic list — so it only ever offers what you can actually install.

  • Answers “do you carry 20% ceramic?” from your own stock
  • Steers callers to a film you actually have on the shelf
  • Update the catalog in the portal whenever your lineup changes

Your Calendar

It Books Around What You’re Already Doing.

Opening hours tell Meridian when you could work. Connect a Google Calendar and it also knows when you actually are — so a caller at nine at night is never offered the slot you’re already booked into.

It sees when you're busy.

Only free/busy times — that you're occupied, and for how long. Never the title of a meeting, never who's in it, never the notes. That's the permission we ask Google for, and it's the only one that reads anything.

It writes the jobs it books.

A booked job lands on your calendar with the customer, the vehicle and the tint details. No VIN, no plate — the same rule that governs everything else we store.

It's optional, and reversible.

Skip it and Meridian books from the opening hours you set, which works perfectly well. Connect it and it also stops offering the Tuesday morning you're already out on. Disconnect whenever you like and the credentials are deleted.

What we store, and for how long, is set out in our privacy policy. Meridian’s use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
