A cracked windshield is an urgent problem, and urgent problems get solved by whoever picks up. Shops lose work they were perfectly capable of doing because the call came at 7pm, or during an install, or while the one person on the desk was already on another line. Meridian exists to close that gap.

The Call Is the Business
Auto glass runs on inbound calls. A shop can be excellent at the work and still lose the job to whoever answered first. Everything we build starts there.
Collect Less Than We Could
We use a VIN in the moment to identify the exact glass, then throw it away. We refuse licence plates outright. There is no column in our database for either — not a policy, a design decision.
Built for the Shop, Not the Demo
The part number, the price and the deadline land where the person ordering glass will actually see them. Software that looks good in a pitch and gets ignored in the bay hasn't done anything.
