Every Call, With the Transcript

The full conversation, not a summary you have to trust. Search it, read it back, settle a dispute with what was actually said.

What the Customer Needed

The issue in plain words — rock chip, crack repair, full replacement, ADAS recalibration — pulled out of the call rather than left for you to find.

The Vehicle, to the Trim

Year, make, model and trim, identified during the call. Trim is what decides between two windshields that otherwise look identical.

A Part Alert You Can't Scroll Past

When a booked job needs glass, it sits at the top of your portal with the part number, the wholesale cost and your price already worked out.

Order in One Click

Buttons for every distributor you hold an account with. It opens their portal and copies the part number, ready to paste into their search.

Only Ever Your Shop

Separation is enforced by the database itself, not by the interface deciding what to show you. A bug in the screen cannot expose another shop's calls.

No VIN. No Plate. Not Stored Anywhere.

The VIN is used in the moment to identify the exact glass and then thrown away. There is no column for it in the database, and every transcript is scrubbed of anything VIN-shaped before it is written. Plates are refused on the call. You can see this yourself in the transcript above.

How We Handle Data

Hear It Answer a Call.

Twenty minutes on your shop’s most common calls. We’ll show you what gets captured and what it costs.
